During this session the panelists will share their experience with participating in and/or developing High School pipeline programs geared towards exposing students to upper extremity surgery. Specifically, the panel will highlight the importance of pipeline programs as a means to strengthen and enhance the workforce caring for patients with upper extremity pathology, pearls and pitfalls of establishing programs, identify metrics to measure impact, and provide insight on the future of implementing programs nationally.
