The program will feature lectures, papers and posters by noted American and Japanese hand surgeons. The theme of the meeting is "Unsolved Problems in Hand Surgery." Topics include perplexing problems in arthritis, congenital anomalies, flaps, scaphoid fractures, nerve injuries and distal radius fractures. Most importantly, this meeting will provide networking opportunities that will help strengthen professional and personal relationships. Attendees are encouraged to participate in fun activities such as golf, snorkeling, whale watching, kayaking and more. We hope you will join us in beautiful Maui, Hawaii.

NOTE: Mailed registrations are first sent to the ASSH bank for clearance. After being held for 5-7 days, mailed registrations are then forwarded to the ASSH central office. Please allow additional time for receipt and confirmation if mailing in your registration.

Refund Policy/Cancellation Fee
All refunds must be requested in writing to the ASSH Central Office at fax: (847) 384-1435 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If written notification is received on or before December 31, 2014, a full refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be given. If written notification is received between January 1, 2015 and January 30, 2015, a refund of 50% of the registration fees received will be given. After January 30, 2015 there will be no refunds.
